Wings Financial Command Centre — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Wings Coffee Trading W.L.L. (“Wings”, “we”, “us”) uses information accessed through the Wings Financial Command Centre, an internal business-analysis system used by Wings.

1. Scope

The Wings Financial Command Centre is an internal-use application. It is not offered as a public consumer service. The application may connect to QuickBooks Online for the Wings business after an authorized administrator grants OAuth consent.

2. QuickBooks data accessed

The integration may read business-accounting information needed for internal financial analysis, including company information, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, accounts receivable and payable ageing, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, accounting cash/bank balances, and recent transactions.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used only for legitimate internal business purposes, including financial reporting, management dashboards, cash-flow and working-capital analysis, profitability analysis, anomaly detection, and management decision support.

4. Read-only application design

QuickBooks authorizes the standard QuickBooks Accounting OAuth scope. However, the Wings local adapter is intentionally designed to expose only approved read operations to the OpenClaw runtime. It does not expose tools for creating, updating, deleting, paying, journaling, or otherwise modifying QuickBooks accounting records.

5. Credentials and tokens

OAuth client credentials and QuickBooks access/refresh tokens are handled server-side on the authorized Mac and are stored in the local macOS Keychain. They are not intended to be displayed in the dashboard, Telegram messages, model prompts, or normal application logs.

6. Data sharing and sale

Wings does not sell QuickBooks-derived business data. Data is used for Wings’ own internal business operations. We do not intentionally disclose QuickBooks-derived data to third parties except where required to operate the authorized technical infrastructure, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of the business.

7. Retention and security

Wings applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of financial data. The system is designed to operate locally/private by default, with access restricted to authorized users. Where temporary infrastructure is used for an OAuth callback, it is used only for the authorization flow and is shut down after completion.

8. Revoking access

QuickBooks access can be revoked by disconnecting the application in QuickBooks/Intuit account settings or by removing the locally stored OAuth authorization. Revocation prevents future API access once the authorization is no longer valid.
