Wings Financial Command Centre — End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) governs use of the Wings Financial Command Centre, an internal business-analysis application operated by Wings Coffee Trading W.L.L. (“Wings”).

1. Internal-use licence

The application is licensed solely for authorized internal Wings business use. It is not offered for public, consumer, or third-party commercial use.

2. Purpose

The application is intended to support management reporting, financial analysis, business monitoring, and decision support using authorized business data sources, including QuickBooks Online where connected.

3. Read-only accounting authority

The QuickBooks integration is designed so that the OpenClaw-accessible adapter exposes approved read operations only. The application is not authorized to initiate payments, post journals, create or alter invoices, modify reconciliations, delete transactions, or otherwise make accounting changes through its QuickBooks tool surface.

4. Human responsibility

Financial analyses, alerts, forecasts, recommendations, and summaries produced by the application are decision-support outputs only. Wings’ authorized human decision-makers remain responsible for accounting, tax, legal, banking, contractual, and business decisions.

5. No professional-advice warranty

The application does not replace professional accounting, audit, tax, legal, investment, or banking advice. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete assumptions and should be independently verified where material.

6. Security and credentials

Users must not disclose passwords, one-time codes, OAuth secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, banking credentials, or other sensitive authentication material through chat or other insecure channels. Credentials should be stored only through approved secure mechanisms.

7. Availability and changes

Wings may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or its integrations at any time. Access may also be revoked at any time by the authorized business owner or administrator.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided for internal use without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business decision.
